My story

I’m taking on the December Daily Dash to raise vital funds for Sue Ryder. Yes, even Christmas Day!

Whilst I will be getting active every day for 31 days, Sue Ryder nurses will be working round the clock, bringing expert care, advice and compassion to patients and their families who are facing their final days together.

Every pound you donate will help me keep going and help ensure that no one dies or grieves alone:

- £25 could help fund a Sue Ryder Nurse to give expert advice and guidance to a patient and their family about their treatment and care choices.

- £40 could fund a home visit from a Sue Ryder Nurse, to help a patient get ready to spend Christmas with family and friends.

- £150 could help fund the development of our online bereavement resources, offering practical and emotional support to people who are grieving.
